Do I need an appointment to come in?

No appointment is necessary. Just pop in anytime during our opening hours.

 

Will I see a proof before my order is printed?

Yes, an electronic copy of stationery items will be emailed to you to check over. We will not begin printing until all items have been approved.

 

When should my wedding invitations go out?

Your invites should be sent out at least 10 weeks before the wedding. Slightly longer if you are having overseas or interstate guests.

 

Should I order all the stationery I require for my event at the same time?

The first items you should order are the ones that need to go out first - i.e. invitations, rsvp cards, wishing well cards etc. Other items that are required ‘on the day’ such as place cards, menus, seating chart etc. can be ordered closer to the day once you have received all of your replies back and have final numbers.

We generally only need 1-2 weeks for ‘on the day’ stationery.

 

Can I pick my own colours?

All the colours on our designs can be customised at no extra charge. You can change the colour of the paper, colour of the font or graphics and the colour of any embellishments such as ribbon or lace.

 

Can I change the font?

Yes absolutely. Please view our font chart to select an alternate font. You can note your selection in the ‘special instructions’ section when ordering.

 

Do you custom design?

Yes - We have custom designed hundreds of invitations over the years and love bringing your ideas to life! Come in and chat to us or send us your inspiration pics via email and we will be in touch with a quote.

 

How long will it take to get my invites made?

Wedding 3-4 weeks
Engagement 2 weeks

*Please note above time frames are approximate only and can vary depending on high/low season. If you need any stationery items sooner than the turnaround times above, please contact us directly prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your request.

 

Should I order any spare invitations?

Yes, we recommend you order at least 5 spare invitations to allow for any last-minute guests, lost invitations etc. If your invites have foiling on them then you may want to consider ordering at least 5-10 spares as it can become quite expensive to have to go back and get more foiled after your initial order has been completed.

 

What if I need more invites printed after my initial order is collected?

We can print additional invites after your order has been completed however a minimum amount of 5 units per item applies. See note above regarding foiled invites.
